Timbercrest Park

The Timbercrest park is located at 5247 Lance Drive. It is open from dawn until dusk year-round and free for all Timbercrest neighborhood residents. The park features a basketball court, several picnic tables, grills, bike racks, benches, and a playground wiith swings. It is maintained by volunteers that mow, mulch, weed, and dedicate time to keeping the park beautiful.

In March, 2017, a new play structure was installed. We installed new park grade basketball goals in August, 2018.

In prior years, a few residents planted garden boxes in the Timbercrest park. We've grown tomatoes, watermelons, and many different kinds of brightly colored flowers. The children love taking care of the plants and watching them bloom. We are looking for more volunteers for the garden this year!

The Timbercrest Neighborhood Association hosts an annual Easter egg hunt in the Timbercrest park.  This year, we will also plan a movie night in the park.  We are organizing more events in the future – so stay tuned!
